The company′ S unique medium frequency temperature regulating and control hot rolling process technology has laid a solid foundation for the production of high-precision metal profiles. The universal tools designed and made by ourselves has opened up a good prospect for the production of high precision special-shaped metal profiles. In particular, the production of small special-shaped metal profiles has the ability to take the lead in domestic as well as the world advanced level. The company has 350 rolling and 500 rolling lines designed for the special steel profiles production, also has 8 tons, 20 tons, 30 tons, 45 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons and 100 tons of cold drawing production lines, 3 vacuum electron annealing furnaces, 4 straight strip electronic annealing furnaces, and 10 high-precision profile straightening machines. The products cover the design and production capacity of the metal profiles profiles that meets the cross section size from 0.6mm to 450mm. We also have the ability to further process the products, such as sawing, drilling, milling, polishing and heat treatment. The company has mechanical performance testing, ultrasonic flaw detection and various testing equipment. The laboratory ensure the products are qualified for the customers.

It has made up and solved the shortcomings of CNC machining, powder metallurgy, cold extrusion, dewaxing casting and so on.
